I had a fantastic experience taking my cat, Ozzie, to Glenstone Veterinary Clinic for his shots and flea/tick medicine! I was able to get an appointment super quick (within two days of calling). Not only was the veterinarian absolutely amazing and thorough, but the secretary was also super kind and helped me out with all of my questions. Even with getting everything Ozzie needed, the price was very good and affordable. I highly recommend this clinic in Springfield for their excellent care and great value!

Update: Tried out the drive thru for my kittens vet appointment. I highly recommend it if you have multiple pets or weak or immobile pets. Or if you yourself have a mobility issue it is a great service to have at your disposal. Pull your car into their enclosed garage for service. .... Very knowledgeable and generally good folks with reasonable prices. My kitty Juju is very thankful for Dr. Lea and the staff for a quick diagnoses, skillfully performed surgery, and most of all great compassion. Any negative reviews here are from.people who choose not to properly care for their animals and may actually be financially unable to care for their animals properly as they complain about a 60 vet bill which would not even cover an exam, basic shots, and wormings or blood work. Dr Lea works tirelessly to care for her patients her #1 concern is your pets' well-being and care. It's a hectic environment and you could have a puppy flat lining and fighting for its life in the exam room next to you, have some compassion and give some grace if you have to wait a few minutes longer...this Dr prioritizes saving lives!

I never do reviews but this place absolutely deserves one. I know you guys see millions of animals so I'm sure it was just another injured dog you saved but you guys have literally impacted luna's and my life. I didn't think my dog was going to make it after a dog fight and the first time I spoke to the vet I knew Luna was going to be in good hands. Luna was treated so amazing by the staff as well. The tech Emily was so personable and super friendly she made each experience fun and reassuring each time! Thank you so much!

Dr. Lea and her staff are top notch!! Kind, caring and compassionate. I have a diabetic dog who is blind and deaf. He always gets the best of care

The most compassion and empathy from a vet staff during our unexpected diagnosis of our kitty furthering the decision to end her pain. I’ve not experienced this type of service in the past and I will continue to toot their horn. Our Charley came back to us today in the most beautiful box, another unexpected action…I highly recommend!!!

We showed up at Glenstone vet because our beloved clinic closed and our cat Oswald had to have emergency surgery. The ER clinic sent us there for his day observation, and we were so pleased with Dr. Lea! She took the time to talk with us about what our cats needs would be now that we know he has a tendency towards urinary tract blockages, and she and her staff were very pleasant to interact with. We are planning to see them regularly with our little menagerie! Thank you all so much for taking great care of Oswald. His hunger strike promptly ended at home, he loves the new food, and he has resumed being the little terrorist we know and love.

I have been going to Dr. Lea at Glenstone vet for the last 2 years! I brought her my 6 week old puppy who had a terrible skin condition and she helped me treat it. That puppy is now almost 2 and has the most beautiful fur! Couldn’t have done it without her expertise!

I am a very hesitant and untrusting person however after a few years of having my pup treated here I would say they’re pretty great. The front desk consistently showed respect and empathy. They were usually pretty efficient getting my nervous pup in and out. They even have a drive thru office making it easier for me and my pup. Their rates are very reasonable and the doc was always pretty empathetic and seemed knowledgeable. I’d give them a try.

I took my kitty Moonie here yesterday to establish care with a new vet. Im very glad I choose Glenstone Veterinary Clinic! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and took amazing care of my baby girl. Moonie was very afraid but the staff were quick and gentle. Also the price ended up being very reasonable. Id definitely recommend bringing your pet here.

I am so thankful for Glenstone Veterinary Clinic! My dog has always struggled with gastrointestinal issues, after years of vets that dismissed her symptoms, I found Glenstone Veterinary Clinic and they were so understanding and took my concerns seriously! They did testing and got her a prescription dog food and now she is coming up on a full year with no upsets! That is something I did not know could be possible! I am endlessly grateful, they are wonderful!
